General Requirements
Most applicants obtain approval for a no-cost smartphone by satisfying one of two key requirements: active enrollment in a qualifying aid program or proof of a low annual household income.
Program Participation
You qualify if you or someone in your household participates in a qualifying federal assistance program.
Income Level
You qualify if your annual household income is at or below 135% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines.
